The two houses with 5 apartment ****, and a property of 1200 square metres offers a marvellous ambience for individuals in need of a rest. The houses have place for 24 persons. In the house are the apartments "A", "B" und "C", and in the second house the apartments "D" und "E". All Apartment have air-conditioning facilities (heat and cool). Thus makes it possible to enjoy a beautiful stay in summer as well as in winter time. As a result the houses can be rented the whole year. A beautiful beach is only in a distance of 300 metres. There is also a grill at your disposal. Furthermore there are deckchairs and sunshades. Next the holiday house disposes of an own parking place. Shopping facilities are within easy walking or driving distance (400 metres). Additionally medical services are only in a distance of 800 metres. Furthermore a police station is situated in a distance of 3 kilometres. Last but not least a petrol station is just 2,5 kilometres away.

From the houses you can enjoy a fantastic view to the old town of Dubrovnik which you can reach in a 10 minute walk.
