The multilingual led house is situated in a very nice and
quiet site above the old town and offers a wonderful ambience
for all who are looking for recovary.
The house has 1 apartment and 2 rooms.
The apartment disposes of a kitchen with dining-room , three
bedrooms with double beds, a bath/WC and a large terrace with
with a view of the sea and old town of Dubrovnik. The rooms
and apartment are very fashionably equipped. Each room has
a double bed a bath/toilet, and a balcony with sea view. A
grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned
parking place which disposes of parking spaces for cars.
The
price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished
kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption
of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
The distance to the beach and
old town only 5 minutes are to foot. One finds several restaurants,
fashion shops, cafès, grocery stores, discos, post
offices, banks and exchange offices round around the vacation
home.
