The house with a 1000 m² tall property is only 25 meters from the beach away. The house can be rented all year long, and it's equipped with an electronic heating, which also enables stays in the colder months of the year.
The vacation house has got: 4 apartments, which all have got a kitchen with dining-room, separate sleeping rooms with one double bed and two additional beds, SAT-TV, balcony, shower, WC and bidet.An internal parking lot is likewise available. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery as well as the consumption of electricity and water. If you like fishing or cruising on the open Adriatic Sea you have the opportunity to join the landlord in his fishing boat. You can get house-made wine from the landlord very favorably.
