The house is situated in the open country as well as in a very quiet area and offers a marvellous ambience for individuals in need of a rest. The house has four apartments . The house is rented the whole year. It disposes of an air condition plant (cool and heat) which makes it possible to enjoy a nice stay also in the cold months of the year. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning and tourist tax . The four apartments, all fully air-conditioned and with wonderful panoramic views, promise you enjoyable holidays to remember. A grill is also at your disposal. An own car parking lot also is available for six cars. The distance to a low slope beach which is ideal for children only comes to 400 metres.
