The
holiday house of Slavica Skocic is central situated and nevertheless
calmly, it offers a wonderful ambience for all, who would like
to escape from the everyday life.
The house is maintained extremely well. It is only 100 m from
a smaller seaport, and approx. 200 m from a larger seaport (for
yachts and sport boats) away.
The house has 3 apartments. They dispose of a kitchen, a living
room, separated bedrooms with folding beds, bathroom with shower,
SAT-television and a balcony.
It has a wonderful, covered terrace and it's only 100 meters
from a very beautiful beach (also great suitable for children)
away.
The beach is 10 km long and it's very suitable to go for a walk.
The multilingual-speaking runned house is situated in a very
quiet site and can be rented the whole year.
Additionally the house dispose of an central heating. Thus makes
it possible to accommodate the whole year guests.
The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely
furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the
consumption of electricity, tourist tax and water as well as
the final cleaning.
A grill is also at your disposal.Next there is the possibility
to use the washing machine.
There is also a house-owned parking place which disposes of
parking spaces for cars and trailers. Shopping facilities are
within easy walking or driving distance (80 metres). |

There
are several restaurants round around the vacation house, cafè-bars
and discos, also a bank a post, and a bus station office is in the
closeness (25o meters).
Heavenly conditions offer the crystal-clear
sea with his lovely blue colour as well as the unique nature landscape
for divers. |
